Pottsfield Pickles - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 pt. ripe tomatoes
3 pt. green tomatoes
3 pt. cabbage
2 stalks celery
4 red peppers
3 large onions
1/2 c. salt
1/2 c. white mustard
1/2 c. grated horseradish
3 pt. sugar
3 pt. vinegar
1/2 tsp. cloves and cinnamon
Preparation

Add spices, sugar and vinegar.
Cook until thick.
Process in jars for 10 minutes.
