Cocoa Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    2 sticks margarine
    1/2 c. water
    2 1/2 c. flour
    2 Tbsp. cocoa
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. allspice
    1 c. nuts, chopped
    1/2 c. chocolate bits
    2 apples, cored and finely chopped
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Beat together eggs, sugar, margarine and water until fluffy. Sift together flour, cocoa, soda, cinnamon and allspice.
    Add to creamed mixture and mix well.
    Fold in nuts, chocolate, apples and vanilla until evenly distributed.
    Spoon into greased and floured 10-inch loose bottom tube pan.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 60 to 70 minutes until cake tests done.
    Makes 1 cake.
    Yields 10 servings.
