Aunt Hazel'S Texas Hot Wiener Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. oil
    3 lb. hamburg
    2 Tbsp. celery salt
    4 Tbsp. paprika
    6 Tbsp. chili powder
    4 Tbsp. cumin seed
    2 tsp. hot pepper
    6 cloves garlic, chopped
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 tsp. black pepper
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    2 c. water
Preparation
    Combine all in 5-quart Dutch oven.
    Simmer for 3 hours.
    Serve on hot dogs.
