Cranberry Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. cranberries
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 Tbsp. grated orange peel
    4 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    3 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    1 Tbsp. Crisco
    1 1/2 c. orange juice
    2 eggs, well beaten
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients; cut in Crisco.
    Mix cranberries, orange peel, orange juice and egg.
    Mix dry with wet.
    Fold in nuts and cranberries.
    Pour into loaf pans, 4 x 8-inch, 5 x 9-inch or 3 1/2 x 7 1/2-inches.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until toothpick comes out clean.
