Barbecued Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1/3 c. catsup
    2 cloves garlic
    1/3 c. vinegar
    2 tsp. soy sauce
    1 c. sliced peaches, cut up
    1/4 tsp. ginger
    6 to 8 medium size pork chops or 10 to 12
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix sugar, salt, ginger, soy sauce, ketchup and peaches.
    Line the pan with foil.
    Lay pork chops in pan. Cover with sauce evenly.
    Cover with foil.
    Bake at 250\u00b0 for 2 hours.
