Buttermilk-Less Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. vegetable oil
    2/3 c. whole milk
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Sift together all dry ingredients.
    Mix milk and vinegar together and let stand until thickened (1 or 2 minutes).
    Add oil. Stir dry mixture and liquid mixture together with a fork.
    Make biscuits.
    Cook in a 350\u00b0 oven until done, about 30 to 35 minutes. Makes about 8 big biscuits.
