Corn Fritters - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking powder
2 large eggs
1/2 c. milk
2 c. fresh corn
vegetable oil for frying
Preparation

Sift together all dry ingredients.
Add eggs and milk; stir in corn.
Heat vegetable oil in pan or deep fryer.
Drop 1/8 cup batter into hot oil.
Do not crowd batter.
Fry 1 to 2 minutes on each side until brown.
Transfer fritters to tray lined with paper towels.
Serve warm.
