Maybelle'S Yummy Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. uncooked rice
1 egg
1 small minced onion
1/2 c. soda cracker crumbs
1 can tomato soup, thinned with a little water
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Mix all ingredients, except soup, well with hands. Shape into balls about size of golf ball. Pile into well oiled casserole. Pour soup mixture over meat balls.
Cover casserole.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for about 1 hour.
