Pina Colada Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 layer size) pkg. white cake mix
    1 (4 serving size) pkg. coconut cream or vanilla instant pudding
    4 eggs
    1/3 c. dark rum
    1 c. coconut
    1/2 c. water
    1/4 c. oil
Preparation
    When using vanilla pudding, increase water to 3/4 cup and add 1 cup coconut to batter.
    Blend cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, water, rum and oil in large mixing bowl.
    Beat 4 minutes at medium speed of mixer.
    Pour into 2 greased and floured 9-inch layer pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes or until cake springs back when lightly touched.
    Do not underbake.
    Cool in pan for 15 minutes; remove and cool on racks.
    Fill and frost with Pina Colada Frosting.
