Cran-Apple Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. fresh cranberries
6 large apples, peeled, cored and chopped
1/2 c. sugar
1/3 c. apple juice
1/4 tsp. ground mace
1/8 tsp. ground coriander
Preparation

In a large saucepan, combine all ingredients.
Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 10 to 15 minutes or until apples are tender.
Remove from heat and cool slightly.
Puree mixture in food processor.
Cover and refrigerate.
Yields 4 cups.
