Corn Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. cooked corn
    2 c. shredded cabbage
    1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 c. cider vinegar
    1 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. dry mustard
    1 Tbsp. salt
    2 tsp. turmeric
    1/2 c. water
    1/4 c. chopped pimiento
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except pimiento into a large enamel or stainless steel pan.
    Cook over high heat and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, 20 to 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Stir in pimiento and pack into pint jars.
    Seal immediately.
    Yield:
    3 pints.
