Onion Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large white onions
    2 c. Club crackers, crushed (not powder)
    1/4 c. chopped green peppers
    1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
    2 tsp. pimentos
    1/4 c. oleo
    2 eggs, beaten
    3/4 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Saute peppers, onions and butter until soft.
    Mix in pimento. Place 1/2 in greased 9 x 9-inch pan or similar round dish. Cover with 1/2 cup Swiss cheese and 1/2 cup crushed crackers.
    Put in other half of onions and peppers.
    Cover with 1/2 cup Swiss.
