Toni Holdroyd'S Apricot Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    apricots
    Ritz cheese crackers
    1/3 c. melted butter
    lemon juice
    brown sugar
Preparation
    Place in casserole:
    Layer of apricots and some juice, layer of Ritz cheese crackers.
    Continue until casserole is full.
    Pour over this, mixture of melted butter, lemon juice and brown sugar. Cook on 350\u00b0 until hot through and through.
