Brisket - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    thinly sliced onion
    salt and pepper
    1 can beef consomme
    1 can water
Preparation
    Cover brisket with onion, salt and pepper.
    Bake in a 450\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
    Then add beef consomme and water.
    Cover with foil tightly.
    Turn oven down to 250\u00b0 and cook for 2 hours.
