Chicken A La' Orange - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. Stove Top stuffing mix
1 1/2 c. orange juice
flour (as needed)
4 chicken cutlets (breasts)
2 Tbsp. oil
1 (18 oz.) box Birds Eye carrots
Preparation

Combine Stove Top with 3/4 cup orange juice.
Let stand.
Stir occasionally until liquid is absorbed (about 5 minutes).
Top each cutlet with stuffing.
Roll up and secure with toothpicks.
Roll lightly in flour.
Saute chicken rolls in oil and lightly brown in skillet.
Slowly add remaining orange juice and simmer for 7 minutes.
Add your vegetables and simmer another 3 minutes.
