Banana Punch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. sugar
    8 c. water
    5 bananas, mashed
    1/2 c. lemon juice
    1 (46 oz.) can frozen orange juice concentrate
    1/2 gal. pineapple sherbet, softened
Preparation
    Make syrup from sugar and water.
    Boil 5 minutes.
    Cool.
    Mix lemon juice and mashed bananas.
    Pour both mixtures into punch bowl.
    Add pineapple and orange juice.
    Add sherbet just before serving.
