Daddy'S Tater Wedges - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 5 large potatoes, cut in wedges
    1 pkg. pancake mix
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    1/2 c. water
    1/2 c. buttermilk
    1 Tbsp. A.1.
    1 Tbsp. barbecue sauce
Preparation
    Mix together all ingredients.
    Place wedges in the mixture and refrigerate overnight.
    (Make sure potatoes are covered with batter or they will turn black.)
    Cover with lid or plastic wrap. Drop wedges in heated oil for about 5 to 6 minutes or until golden brown.
