Ceviche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

any white fish, cubed 1/2-inch cubes
lime juice enough to cover fish
Worcestershire sauce (enough to give brownish tone to fish)
celery
onions
tomatoes
cilantro
2 to 3 cloves minced garlic
bell pepper
salt and pepper to taste
oregano to taste
Preparation

Marinate fish in lime juice and Worcestershire for 24 hours in refrigerator.
Add other ingredients.
Marinate entire salad 24 hours before serving.
