Prune Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. oil
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp. allspice
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. nuts
1 junior jar prunes
2 c. self-rising flour
2/3 c. confectioners sugar
2 tsp. water
1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice

Preparation

Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
Mix oil, sugar, eggs and prunes.
Add to flour, allspice and cinnamon.
Beat together.
Add nuts.
Cook in tube or Bundt pan for 1 hour.
