Cajun Fish - cooking recipe

mustard
Louisiana hot sauce
Tony Cachere Creole seasoning
black pepper
cracker meal
cornmeal
peanut oil
Preparation

Mix 1/2 part mustard and 1/2 part Louisiana hot sauce together in a large bowl.
Mix 1/2 part cornmeal and 1/2 part cracker meal together in a large cake pan.
Add Tony Cachere Creole seasoning and black pepper to the meal mix per your taste preference, and mix together.
Roll fish into meal until they are completely covered by the meal.
Remember to sift meal frequently to remove lumps in meal.
Fry fish in peanut oil.
