Peanut Butter Scratch Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 lb. (stick) butter or oleo
    2 c. firmly packed light brown sugar
    2/3 c. evaporated milk
    1/2 c. creamy peanut butter
Preparation
    In a saucepan on low heat, melt butter.
    Gradually stir in brown sugar, then milk.
    Add peanut butter and cook, stirring constantly, until blended.
    Serve warm.
    Makes 2 1/2 cups.
