Pineapple Upside-Down Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. margarine, melted
1/4 c. fruit sweetener
1 c. sliced pineapple (in own juice)
16 walnut or pecan halves
1/2 c. fruit sweetener
1/3 c. margarine
1 egg
2 tsp. vanilla
2/3 c. milk
1 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

Combine melted margarine and 1/4 cup fruit sweetener and spread evenly in 9-inch square or round pan.
Drain pineapple, reserving 1/4 cup juice.
Arrange pineapple rings in pan.
Arrange nuts around pineapple.
In a large bowl, combine 1/2 cup fruit sweetener and margarine.
Blend in slightly beaten eggs and vanilla.
Add reserved pineapple juice and milk.
