Chinese Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small celery cabbage
    1/4 c. oil
    3 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    chow mein as desired
    sliced almonds or sesame seed
    1 1/2 lb. deveined, shelled, large shrimp, cooked
    2 oranges, peeled and cut into sections
    1 medium onion, thinly sliced
    1/4 c. cider vinegar
    1/4 c. light olive or vegetable oil
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. catsup
    2 Tbsp. NutraSweet Spoonful
    2 Tbsp. minced cilantro or parsley
    2 Tbsp. mustard seed
    1 1/2 Tbsp. drained capers
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1/4 tsp. celery seed
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    lettuce leaves
Preparation
    Combine shrimp, oranges and onion in glass bowl.
    Mix remaining ingredients, except lettuce leaves.
    Pour over shrimp mixture and toss.
    Refrigerate, covered, 2 to 4 hours.
    Makes 8 servings.
