Sour Cream Blueberry Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (9-inch) pastry shell
2 c. fresh blueberries
3 eggs, beaten
3/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. sour cream
dash of salt
Preparation

Stem berries and gently rinse.
Pat dry and set aside.
In a mixing bowl, blend together beaten eggs and sugar.
Fold in sour cream until mixed.
Fold in berries.
Pour mixture into pie shell; bake in preheated 325\u00b0 oven for approximately 60 minutes, until pie is firm.
Serves 6.
