Fruited Honey Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. chicken
    3/4 c. apple cider or juice
    1/2 c. orange juice
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    1 onion, chopped
    1/2 c. oil
    1 fresh unpeeled apple, sliced
    1 handful seedless raisins
    1 handful dried apricot
    1 handful pitted uncooked prunes
    2 Tbsp. honey
Preparation
    Marinate chicken in fruit juices and onion for 1 hour. Reserve marinade.
    Brown both sides of all pieces in oil.
    Place in a covered casserole and cover with marinade, plus the apple, raisin, apricots, prunes and honey.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes.
    Baste often.
