Chicken Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    6 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/2 c. chicken stock
    1 c. skim milk
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. black pepper
    1/2 c. mushrooms (cooked or canned), finely chopped
    1/2 c. nonfat sour cream
    1/2 c. nonfat mayonnaise
    8 lasagna noodles, cooked
    3 c. boiled chicken, cubed
    8 oz. low-fat sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation
    Melt margarine in medium saucepan. Add flour and stir 1 minute.
    Do not brown. Add stock and milk. Stir until mixture comes to a boil.
    Add garlic, salt, pepper and mushrooms. Continue to cook 1 minute.
    Remove from heat and stir in sour cream and mayonnaise. Spray a 13 x 9-inch baking pan with Pam.
    Layer half the noodles, half the chicken, half the sauce and half the cheese. Repeat layers. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes until bubbly.
    Let rest 5 minutes before serving.
