Rice Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. of ground beef
1 large onion
2 cans Ro-Tel tomatoes
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
2 1/2 cups cooked rice
1 cup grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Brown ground beef and onion. Drain. Mash tomatoes. Mix all ingredients, except cheese in casserole dish. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle top with cheese. Bake for 5 more minutes.
