Fat-Free Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 (8 oz.) pkg. fat-free cream cheese
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. fat-free sour cream
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    4 egg whites (large)
    1/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
    1 c. pie filling or fresh fruit
Preparation
    Combine cream cheese, sour cream, sugar and vanilla and beat until well blended and smooth.
    Add egg whites and beat on low until well blended.
    Spray a 9-inch cake or pie pan with Pam. Sprinkle pan with graham cracker crumbs.
    Pour cream cheese mixture into pan.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Let cool on rack and then refrigerate.
    When chilled, cover cake with fruit pie filling or fresh fruit.
    Serves 10.
