Creamed Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. margarine
1/4 c. flour
1 c. chicken broth
1 c. milk
2 c. cooked chicken in pieces
3/4 tsp. salt
Preparation

Melt margarine in medium saucepan.
Mix in flour.
Add chicken broth and milk; cook until becomes a smooth sauce.
Add chicken to sauce and season with salt.
Heat mixture thoroughly and serve over rice, toast or biscuits.
