Salisbury Steaks - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. hamburger
1 egg
1 c. cornflakes, crumbled
1 can beefy mushroom soup
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1 small onion
Preparation

Measure cornflakes before crumbling.
Add milk until flakes are soft.
Add to remaining ingredients and mix up in oblong patties.
Flour patties and brown in oil on both sides.
Lay in baking dish.
Add 1 can water to soup and pour over patties.
Cover with foil.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
