Baked Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 potatoes, cooked and skinned
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese, diced
    1 c. Miracle Whip
    1/2 c. scallions
    salt and pepper
    1/2 lb. bacon, half fried, then chopped
    green olives, sliced (optional)
Preparation
    Mix the first 4 ingredients and seasoning.
    Put in 9 x 13-inch pan, sprayed with Pam.
    Top with bacon and if using, the olives. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
