Bobsled Blueberry Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 c. flour
    1/3 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. Calumet baking powder
    1 egg
    3/4 c. milk
    1/3 c. oil
    1 tsp. grated lemon peel
    1 pkg. (8 oz.) Philadelphia cream cheese, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
    3/4 c. fresh or well drained frozen blueberries
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    3 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Mix flour, 1/3 cup sugar and baking powder in large bowl.
    Beat egg in small bowl; add milk, oil and peel. Add to flour mixture, mixing just until moistened.
    Fold in cream cheese and blueberries.
    Spoon into greased muffin pan, filling each cup 2/3 full.
    Bake 20 minutes or until lightly browned.
    Mix juice and 3 tablespoons sugar.
    Brush on muffins; cool.
    Makes 12 muffins.
