Red Velvet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. Swans Down cake flour (after sifted)
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. cocoa
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
    1 tsp. vinegar
    2 eggs
    1 bottle red food coloring
    1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
Preparation
    Sift together dry ingredients; add other ingredients in order and mix thoroughly.
    Bake in layer cake pans which have been greased and coated with flour.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
