Candy Sweet Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 sweet potatoes
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/8 c. lemon juice
Preparation
    Boil potatoes for 45 minutes.
    Cool and skin.
    Slice potatoes; set aside.
    Mix in saucepan:
    butter (melt first), sugar, nutmeg, cinnamon and lemon juice.
    Strain to make sauce; then dip potatoes in mixture.
    Coat both sides 2 minutes.
    Remove to platter.
