Seafood Fettucini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 oz. fettucini
    1/4 c. margarine
    2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
    8 oz. crab or substitute flakes or chunks
    1 c. evaporated skim milk
    1/8 tsp. black pepper
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Cook fettucini according to package directions; drain.
    Heat margarine and garlic in skillet on medium until garlic is lightly browned.
    Add crab or substitute, evaporated skim milk and pepper. Heat about 3 minutes, or until mixture begins to bubble; stir occasionally.
    Add Parmesan cheese; stir for 1 minute.
    Remove from heat.
    Toss seafood sauce with fettucini.
    Serve immediately with additional Parmesan, if desired.
    Makes four 1-cup servings.
