Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 7 medium zucchini, sliced
    1 onion, finely chopped
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. Beau Monde seasoning
    1/2 tsp. dill weed
    3/4 c. saltine crumbs
    1/4 c. sour cream
    6 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Cook zucchini and onion in a little water until almost tender, about 7 to 8 minutes.
    Beat eggs, Beau Monde seasoning and dill together in a mixing bowl.
    Add crumbs. Add drained zucchini and onion.
    Add sour cream.
    Melt butter and stir into the vegetable mixture.
    Pour into a greased, shallow casserole dish.
    Top with cheese and bake 30 minutes.
    Serves 6 to 8.
