Black Bean Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 lb. ground beef
3/4 lb. top round, diced
2 1/2 c. finely chopped celery
1 large onion, finely chopped
1/4 tsp. ground white pepper
1/4 tsp. ground red pepper
1 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
1 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
1 (14 oz.) can tomatoes, chopped
1 (12 oz.) bottle chili sauce
2 Tbsp. picante sauce
1/2 tsp. fresh cilantro, chopped
2 (15 oz.) cans black beans
green onions and shredded cheese (optional)
Preparation

Cook ground beef, top round, celery and onion in a large pot until vegetables are tender.
Add peppers, cumin and salt. Simmer, uncovered, for 1 hour.
