Sherry'S Ono Short Ribs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. short ribs (1 1/2-inches thick), cut into parts
    1 1/2 c. ketchup
    1/2 c. shoyu
    1/4 c. prepared mustard
    1 can Pepsi or Coke
    6 cloves garlic, smashed
    4 (2-inch) pieces ginger, smashed
    minced green onion for garnish
Preparation
    Salt and pepper ribs and place into large pot.
    Combine other ingredients except green onion and add this sauce to pot.
    Bring to rapid boil.
    Lower heat to medium.
    Simmer for 40 minutes or until soft.
    Arrange on platter; garnish with green onions.
