Old Time Egg Custard - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    2 c. milk
    nutmeg, grated
    1 pie crust (homemade best)
Preparation
    Beat eggs well.
    Combine with sugar and 1 tablespoon flour. Stir until mixed.
    Put in 2 cups milk and stir.
    Pour mixture over pie dough.
    Sprinkle nutmeg on top and place pats of butter on top. Cook at 400\u00b0 until firm and golden.
