Deviled Ham Spread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. cubed cooked ham
2 (1-inch) lengths celery
3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1 to 2 Tbsp. well drained pickle relish
1 Tbsp. chili sauce
2 tsp. Dijon mustard
few drops hot pepper sauce
cocktail bread or crackers
celery sticks
Preparation

Place ham, celery, mayonnaise, relish, chili sauce, mustard and hot pepper sauce in a food processor bowl fitted with the metal blade; cover.
Process until blended, scraping sides as needed. Taste and adjust seasonings.
If you don't have a food processor, grind or mince ham and mince celery before combining with mayonnaise, relish, chili sauce, mustard and hot pepper sauce. Spread on cocktail bread or crackers, use to stuff celery or thin with milk and use as a dip with corn chips or raw vegetables. Makes 1 cup.
