Caramel Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. light brown sugar
    1/2 c. white corn syrup
    2 sticks butter
    1/2 tsp. soda
    pinch of cream of tartar
    pinch of salt
    8 qt. popped corn
Preparation
    Keep popped corn warm.
    Mix sugar, syrup and butter in heavy saucepan.
    Bring to a boil and boil 5 minutes.
    Remove from heat. Add soda, cream of tartar and salt.
