Seven Minute Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 egg whites
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    dash of salt
    1/3 c. water
    1 Tbsp. white Karo syrup
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix egg whites, sugar, salt, water and syrup in top of double boiler.
    Cook over boiling water, beating with an electric mixer until it stands in a peak.
    Remove from boiling water.
    Add vanilla and continue beating until slightly cool.
