Clafoutis(From France) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 Tbsp. flour
    10 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
    1 tsp. vanilla
    about 2 lb. fruit
Preparation
    Mix flour, sugar, salt and milk.
    Add butter and vanilla. Prepare fruit by slicing it and sprinkling with sugar.
    Use fresh apricots or fresh cherries.
    You can leave pits in cherries. Grease a Pyrex flan dish with butter.
    Pour fruit into dish.
    Then add the mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes.
    When the cake is almost done, sprinkle with sugar on top and cook for about 15 minutes more.
