Chocolate Cherry Upside Down Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (21 oz.) cherry pie filling
    2 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    3/4 c. cocoa
    1 1/2 tsp. soda
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. water
    1/2 c. cooking oil
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Spread filling in greased 13 x 9 x 2 pan.
    Stir together flour, sugar, cocoa, soda and salt.
    In a bowl, combine water, oil, vinegar and vanilla.
    Add liquids to flour mixture at once. Stir to moisten.
    Pour evenly over filling.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 30 minutes.
    Cool ten minutes.
    Invert to serving plate and cool.
