Oceanic Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 to 3 lb. fryer, cut up
    2/3 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/4 c. butter
    1 lb. 4 oz. can sliced pineapple
    1/2 c. soy sauce
    celery salt
    2 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Mix flour, salt, celery salt, garlic salt and nutmeg.
    Coat chicken.
    Brown chicken in hot butter.
    Place in 2 1/2-quart casserole.
    Combine syrup from pineapple, soy sauce and sugar. Pour over chicken.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until tender.
    Baste.
    Saute pineapple 15 minutes before chicken is done.
    Top with pineapple.
