Blueberry Cream Cheese Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
3/4 c. powdered sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 pt. whipping cream
1 can blueberry pie filling, chilled overnight
1 baked and cooled pie shell
Preparation

Prepare pie shell.
Remove the cream cheese from the refrigerator and let stand in a bowl about 1/2 to 1 hour or until soft.
Add powdered sugar and vanilla.
Cream or beat with a mixer until fluffy and light.
In a separate bowl, pour out the whipping cream and beat until it looks like regular whipping cream.
Mix into cream cheese mixture.
