9Th Street Vegetable Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 large onion, sliced
3 zucchini or yellow squash, sliced
1 large green pepper, sliced
2 Tbsp. margarine
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
dash of garlic salt
1 (10-inch) prebaked pie shell
2 or 3 sliced tomatoes
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. Mozzarella, grated
Preparation

Saute vegetables in margarine until crisp, but not soft. Drain well.
Add seasonings.
Slice tomatoes and cover bottom of prebaked pie shell.
Add cooked vegetables.
Mix mayonnaise and Mozzarella cheese and spread over top.
Bake, uncovered, at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
