Hot German Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. potatoes, cooked and sliced
    5 slices bacon, diced
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    1 Tbsp. flour
    2/3 c. water
    1/3 c. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Brown diced bacon and onion.
    Add flour and stir until smooth. Combine water, vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper.
    Add slowly to bacon and onion mixture.
    Add sliced potatoes and mix lightly. Cover tightly and simmer 20 minutes.
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
