Vidalia Onion Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 medium Vidalia onions, sliced thin
    1 stick oleo
    1 c. grated cheese
    1 c. Ritz crackers
Preparation
    Melt oleo and cook in heavy skillet with onions until tender, but not brown. Put half of the onions and oleo mixture in a casserole dish.
    Add 1/2 cup grated cheese and 1/2 cup crushed Ritz crackers.
    Repeat layer and bake at 325\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
