Brunch Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. sausage
2 slices bread, cubed 1/2-inch
1 c. shredded sharp cheese
1/2 c. chopped Vidalia onions
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
8 eggs
2 c. milk
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1/4 tsp. black pepper
Preparation

Brown sausage; add onions.
Drain.
Spread bread crumbs in buttered
baking
dish.
Top with sausage and cheese.
Mix milk, eggs
and
seasonings;
beat well and pour over cheese. Cover
and refrigerate
overnight.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes, until set.
Serve with fresh fruit bowl.
